Competitors in the North Carolina Women's Amateur Championship grant and assign to the NCWGA, without limitation, their individual television, radio, motion picture, video, photographic and all other similar rights with respect to participating in NCWGA events.  Competitors also agree to refrain from any action which might interfere with the NCWGA's ownership of the rights granted and assigned to the NCWGA.  All such rights are the property of and expressly reserved for, by and to the NCWGA.  Any use thereof, without the expressed and written consent of the NCWGA, is forbidden.
