Your Bulletin Board
This is your Bulletin Board. You may use it to publicize tournaments and golf-related charity functions which are open to all North Carolina women golfers. The NCWGA will list the event name, date, location, entry requirements, and a one sentence description of your event. Additionally, you may send a word document or a pdf of your event flyer, and the NCWGA will be happy to post it. Send your information to:

The U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship is open to female golfers 25 years of age and older who have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index of 9.4 or less. This year’s championship will be held at the beautiful Wichita Country Club in Wichita, Kansas on September 25 – 30, 2010. Players can enter USGA Championships at www.usga.org.
The Country Club of Asheville Ladies' Invitational will be held October 12-13. Once again we have Kat Williams to entertain us and we plan to have a wonderful event with a lot of prizes, great golf course and wonderful food. LPGA Championship at The Golf Club at Ballantyne this September. Attached you will find information regarding the VIP clinic, ProAm, and volunteer opportunities.
The USGA Senior Women’s Amateur Championship was founded in 1962. It is open to female golfers who are over 50 years old and carry an up-to-date Handicap Index of 18.4 or lower. This year’s Championship will be held at the Fiddlesticks Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida from October 9 -14. Players can find qualifying locations and enter USGA championships at: www.usga.org. Entries close August 18th.
