Membership in the North Carolina Women's Golf Association is open to clubs, leagues, and individuals. Women who are members of NCWGA member clubs and leagues, as well as individual members, are entitled to submit applications for the annual North Carolina Women's Amateur Championship and the NCWGA Team Tournament. In addition, clubs and leagues may host local State Play-Day Tournaments, winners' prizes furnished by the NCWGA. To check to see if your club or organization has paid its dues, click on the attachment below. This list will be updated every few weeks as the payments are received.
Clubs: Membership is open to any organized private, semi-private, public, military, or resort golf club or course in North Carolina which has been sloped and rated, uses the USGA method for handicapping, and has paid its annual dues. Leagues: Membership is open to any golf league, golf team, golf association or golf training facility in North Carolina which uses the USGA method of handicapping, and has paid its annual dues. Individuals: Membership is open to any female amateur who resides in North Carolina, has an established USGA handicap, and has paid her annual dues. Invoices for payment of membership dues are sent out in November of the previous year. Membership cards and information regarding your membership will be sent out as soon as possible after the membership fee has been received. State Play-Day Tournament information is mailed out in January. North Carolina Women's Amateur Championship entry forms will be available to download from the website in early April. |
